We're staying here for the winter. We've been here for about a month now and LOVE IT! We've been all over the country and we consider this park to be as good as it gets! Friendly and fun. We SHALL return. The $14 a day is based on staying for the winter season. Good price!
We've stayed here a number of times, being a Coast-to-Coast affiliate. A nice clean park on a hillside. There is a good view of Laughlin from some points. I had to take my laptop to clubhouse to use wi-fi. We've never been able to use the pool as the heater is always haywire. They always say it'll be fixed, but we've never seen it happen. But the location of the park is great, close to Laughlin, Mohave, Oatman, and right in Bullhead City. Lots of good shopping, restaurants, etc. This area is not allergy friendly, so bring your meds!
Great Park! 270 degree view of the Straits, sound, and mountains. Also cruise ships and many others. Walking distance to town. Scenery-wise, this is as good as it gets! Tough to get into during the summer months, but beautiful the rest of the time anyway.
We use this park frequently, being a KM park. Nice, friendly staff. Good activities at clubhouse. Great potlucks. Casino 15 minutes away. Shopping in Sequim another 8 minutes away. We would rate it a '10' if there was a pool. But it does have a hot tub. LOTS of cable TV channels, about 70!
We belong to KM Resorts, so we use this park frequently. Our only complaint is that when it rains, it rains BULLFROGS! The lots do not drain well in some areas, so you'll need your galoshes. There is a nice pool and clubhouse. Staff is friendly. There is a nice little restaurant about 3 minutes away. This is a good location.
We've stayed here 3 times. Coast-to-Coast affiliate park. Nice pool and hot tub. Management people are nice, helpful. Potlucks, barbecues, breakfasts, ice cream parties, etc. Handy to Laughlin & Bullhead City. Oatman, too! We stayed one week, later two weeks, two weeks again. Only downside: Propane not available and propane trucks not permitted in. So come in full if you plan an extended stay. Otherwise, you have to drive into town for a refill. Aside from all that, we'll stay again.
